Before we begin.

Additional hours
NT$1,500 per hour, billed in 30-minute increments. Extra work starts only after you approve the estimate by email.
Scope and quotation
Prices are in New Taiwan dollars and exclude tax. Starting prices cover the scope listed above; broader or more complex work is quoted separately. The written quote confirms deliverables, schedule, fees and payment terms.
Monthly support
Monthly hours expire at the end of the service month and do not roll over. Renewal requires agreement by email; no automatic subscription or charge.
What is excluded
Hardware, software licences, cloud charges, travel, on-site service and new application development are excluded. Investigations provide findings and recommendations; a confirmed root cause or successful repair is not guaranteed.
